What the starting price includes

We can recreate a look from past years, refresh your current design or create a completely new holiday concept.
Take-down and packing includes
Removing ornaments, ribbons and lights, taking the artificial tree apart, packing your decorations in your own boxes or containers, basic labeling and leaving the space clean.
What we don’t do
Our entryway styling covers the front door and ground-level porch décor. We do not provide roofline lighting, roof or gutter decorations, ceiling lighting, outdoor tree lighting, garden or landscaping décor, exterior lighting installation, electrical repairs or outlet installation.
New decorations
Starting prices use the decorations you already have. If you want new pieces, we can buy them for you: products at cost plus a 30% sourcing and curation fee, on a separate invoice that you pay before we shop.

Photos and final amount
After booking, you send photos of your tree, the room, the entrance and your decoration boxes. Our team reviews them and confirms the final amount. If it goes up, you approve the change first.

Installation and styling
Our team arrives prepared to install, style and finish your holiday décor.
Take-down
If you booked it, we come back to take everything down and pack it in your boxes.

Questions
Is the price on the site my final price?
No. Every price here is a starting price. After you book, you send photos of your space and our team confirms the final amount. If it goes up, you approve the change before anything is charged. If it goes down, we refund the difference or take it off your balance.
Do I need my own decorations?
The starting prices assume we style with your decorations. We can also buy new pieces for you, at cost plus a 30% sourcing and curation fee, on a separate invoice.
My tree is taller than 12 feet.

When can you come?
Installations run from November 15 to December 23, and take-downs from January 1 to January 31. You tell us your preferred dates after booking, and our team confirms them.
How do I pay?
When you book, you pay a 50% deposit or the full amount. With a deposit, the balance is charged to your saved card 7 days before your confirmed installation date, and we email you 3 days before the charge.
Which parts of my home can you style?
Your trees, fireplace or mantel, staircase, front door, ground-level porch, tables and rooms. We can also refresh your wreaths or redesign them with the materials you have.
